Not sure where to report this, but there's a problem in the documentation of
BIND 9.7.4, as distributed by ISC.
The Release Notes included in the bind-9.7.4 tarball, as well as the release
notes on the web site:

Any idea why this might be happening?
The delegation for epza.gov.tw from the gov.tw zone specifies a single
nameserver dns.epza.g
;; ANSWER SECTION:
dns.epza.gov.tw.3600IN CNAME ns.epza.gov.tw.
ns.epza.gov.tw. 3600IN A 163.29.43.1
There's the problem. CNAME and NS records don't mix. Returns a
SERVFAIL. Configuration error on their side.

When I run "dig +trace", this is the response I get:
$ dig +trace epza.gov.tw. mx

;; global options: +cmd
.
HHmmm
Maybe I'm not understanding this, we have two domains. inksystems.com and
inksystemsinc.com They both point to the same IP address using A records, and
point to the same MX records as well.
The web server, does not, but can destingwish based on the domain name
(Apache), and for em

We could not figure out what caused BIND 9.5.1-P2 to go into a hung
state. We could not reproduce the problem. We have upgraded to BIND
9.7.3-P3.
