We have just posted the WG version of the draft that is identical to the
one that was up for adoption.
We will post another update after incorporating the changes to address
Bruno's comments after we conclude on the text changes.

I still have doubts about the scalability effect of MAC addresses either
changing or moving. The MAC address landscape has changed since RFC 7623 ;-)
But, this is a non-blocking comment.
