You can put log entry code into your file upload script and email code to
notify you -- or write separate modules that your upload script calls thru
use or require. If you mean that people are uploading onto your server
without your upload script, then I don't know what you should do but

file upload, when the user uploads a file on my server, I need a perl script to automatically detect the new file uploaded
and kick off a series of task, the upload is done in an asp platform and it's
