Hi
I am very new to perl. I could download perl.exe for my PC. But
I do not have the library modules, such as time.pm etc.
For this reason, when I use any "use <>" command (eg. use
Time::localtime) the module is not found.
Can anybody tell me the site where I can download the essential
perl libra
on a Windows XP professional box.
Regards to all

Hi,
I have an XML file which has HTML special characters (frac12;
) etc in the contents of data elements. I need to get rid of
these to enable the browser to open the file.
I shall appreciate if you could guide me as to how to do it.
Thanks for the help.

Hi All,
I have this little program which cleans strings of HTML tags.
Currently the subroutine text_handler is returning the address
of the resultant string back. How can I make it return the
actual string.
Any help is appreciated.
