Got past the initial errors by running configure in the ../apache.x.x/src
directory.
However I have a new error when httpd in the source directory won't
start.(below)
How can I force the install?

I am trying to install the "Convert::BinHex" bundle from CPAN, but I am
getting the error below. Any ideas on how I can fix this.

You might want to try downloading the binhex code and build it without cpan.
