If you are running on Windows you can install Archive::Zip through PPM.
ppm install Archive-Zip

Why? If you are on Windows and run ActivePerl, do
C:\Perl> ppm
and wait for the ppm-prompt, then:
ppm> query Archive-Zip
Querying target 1 (ActivePerl 5.8.7.813)
