OK, how about:
binmode STDOUT, ':encoding(utf8)';
You might want to do it to STDERR too. If that doesn't work, then I'm
out of suggestions. :(

Hello there,
I try to fetch the content of the page

with LWP and try to parse it. But when I print the result of my parsing
it is not readable.
