I just found out that some sites have pirated books. I don't know if
this is so or not, I've been told this is possibly a pirated copy. Sams
still have it for sale, I think.

I would check to see if this copy is legal before sending out the link
again. ~Some~ Russian sites put pirated copies of books online.
