On M$ systems I've only used ActivePerl. Here's what I
can tell you:
First, c:\Perl\bin should have been added to your
%PATH environment variable by the installer. If not,
you have to do so by hand. The quickest way is to add
";c:\Perl\bin" to end of the line that begins with
"PATH=" in your c:\au
