How can i extract the compiler/linker options necessary to build a Perl
extension?
Of course there is the MakeMaker module, but I'm not entirely clear on
how to use this for my
purposes, particularly since I want a common makefile for extensions in
multiple
scripting languages: Perl, Python, Tcl
Any (preferably cheap ) useful text books on building External perl
modules
in C++?
Is it possible for external modules to maintain global state variables?
