After a hell of a search, I FINALLY FIND THE NET::IRC MODULE!!!
I wrote this, just so i could share my happyness with everyone of
you (as well as i did with my frustration)
I think taking out frustration thru the older email helped me clear
my mind.

The problem reduced to a level I can solve:
Match "name"
but not "name1" etc
Solution:
Use ^ and $ assertions
where ^ matches start of string
and where matches end of string
hence use /^name$/
Hope that is clear enough :)
