I do not know about importing archived Issues but a Fossil Repository
contains the issues alongside everything else (wiki,
issues/bugtracker,...). Maybe merging and hosting a Fossil repository might
be a solution?

I am on holidays in Japan and withdrew 50k Yen from my bank account. Would
it be more appropriate to use cost or price directive for this tracking my
