You can download it from the site. I guess our parents wouldn't understand
and start using "Linux" if you give them Ylmf OS.
Well I think, if giving Linux a windows look makes it easier for people to use
a free operating system, why not? Windows has copied a lot of good ideas from
Mac and other OS.
