Initially I went frustrated when got a reply like "dont you hv heard abt VPN" -
darling friends I am looking for some suggestions as my experience in

Just be carefull when using all CAPITAL letters. I guess your plea was

Too hard mail for a help seeker. Maybe Mr. Shahid is wrong on his way of
presentation, but think about it, that your mail is also boring to somebody in
the group. By reading your long mail, people will feel uneasy to ask question
in the group. This is a group based on the view of helping others.
