You need to enable IP forwarding in your ArchLinux server. The general way to
do this in Linux is adding the following line in /etc/sysctl.conf:
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
Then give this command as root:
sysctl -p
If you still can not access the Net from PC4 and PC5, please check if you have
any
Internet access from Archlinux
