If you have more then 5 linux system, you can just make a local mirror of RHEL.
In our office (swi) we have a mirror of ubuntu that sync everynight. Then in
office time we can update our any system with 10MB speed (thats real fun).

Right now i am using GPRS handset , and waiting to EDGE support handset.
Btw, GP-EDGE is much better then akte GPRS.
On my GPRS handset it's 1.5 time faster then akte EDGE. (Hope i will get
much more on EDGE supported handset)
