Dave will be here from 10th May to 15th May (he's leaving on the 15th
late at night).
I've spoken to the people where I currently am (TANDBERG) and they're
okay with a meeting in the evenings. The space is pretty decent and
can house around 10 - 12 people. So

While Directi might be available anytime, I'm afraid we could accommodate
only 10-12 people maximum.

I think a hotel/restaurant etc is almost out, because it would take a lot to
got to a place that provides conference room like atmosphere easily in a
restaurant.
