Hello,
The syntax of the defaultconfig file is wrong, use the prefixes
--with-mysql=yes
--with-mysql-dir=/$HOME/bacula/mysql
and the line subsys-dir should be changed, in my config it looks like
--with-subsys-dir=$HOME/bacula/bin/subsys

Then presumably you're using a generic off-the-shelf kernel now, rather
than one specif
