No need to decode you just copy that cryptic code to the client

No, it is not encrypted, copy it as-is, it will work.
Generally it is created during setup via the /dev/rand device . Maybe its
for this reason that it seams encrypted to you.

This password is set in the bacula-dir.conf file on the director.
