actually, yes, I can. ;-) I was reading through the dnsmasq config file and there is a setting where you can specify an 'alternate' resolv.conf file that dnsmasq will use for forwarding requests.  So I put localhost in resolv.conf, and then made a resolv.conf.external, and put the ISP DNS serv
