Hi All I am still having no luck with this - backups fail at random because "User defined maximum volume capacity exceeded on device".  I am using bacula-1.36.3 (stable on Gentoo).  I have tried setting "Maximum Volume Bytes" as follows through the pool declaration in /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.co
