Well, perhaps you are looking at doing 'networkless' backup. So a backup solution that runs over the fibrechannel. I too looked at that, and the pricetag is really, really high. I have a StorageTek BladeStore BC84, and I looked at the very same thing. http://www.storagetek.com/products/product_pa
