thank you for your help. I wrote an update on bugs.bacula.org. The
problem was caused by the ownership of the specific folder. The folder
was own by only one specific user.

Apart from the suggestion to consider the user ids (AD etc.) I suggest
you try restoring the files you need to a system which is not part of a
windows domain. Just hook up a computer with windows XP home or windows
98 and
