Guys,
I figured out what is the real problem. The company implemented a criptografy solution on all laptops called Credant. After this implementation Bacula can't access anymore any file on drive of laptops.
Somebody have any idea or have experienced this kind of situation? What can I do? I can acc

thank for your help, but it seems that I get the same problem yet. The
Grant user exclusive rights should be the cause of this problem. Really
I cannot understain how ntbackup work and bacula does not work. If it
is, as I believe, a problem of permission, why bacula get different
results

It's called a SID (Security IDentifier IIRC). GUIDs are used in Windows,
but for identifying other objects (such as OLE/activex components).
SIDs look something like this:
