Hi Blake, I have a simular setup, with 3 TBs and will soon have a 4th when Frys has their $99 sale again. :) Anyways, what I do is break each disk into its own pool and then use the scheduler to split jobs equally among each drive. You may not need to do that, I just like to have the data spre
