To debug the bconsole problem, try running it with the -d500 command line
argument.
You'll probably need to look at the release notes for Apache to see why the
baculum-api.conf doesn't work.

We recently upgraded from Kubuntu 18.04.5 bionic LTS, to 20.04.3 focal LTS.
Our bacula version is 9.6.7-1 from the community PPA.
Our baculum version is 9.6.6.3 as well.
