When backing up to disk, you don't have to label the disk by hand
(that's why
"LabelMedia = yes" is set).
1- Do I have to delete the labels, or it will work with the label? Any

As Arno pointed out, your Volumes are marked in error. Most likely they got
that way because /mirror/diskn was not mounted. In any case, the reason they
were marked in error is in your job output.
