Jim, I think I have (accidentally) reproduced the same issue but in a different way. http://bugs.bacula.org/view.php?id=2332 In my case, I had a zero byte file volume. Bacula noticed that there was no label on it, and kept looping and reloading this volume and did not abandon it until I marked it
