Thanks Martin. That appears to have worked. Directories and their contents
are now restoring. Not sure why there is no mention of that option in the man
page for that version of Bacula?

200 directories and their contents from bconsole. I have tried various command
lines including the one below but all that gets restored is the empty
directories
*restore jobid=455,456,457,458,459,460,461,46
