I changed the parameter volume jobs with *update, tomorrow i'll know how did
it work.

As you can see, your maxvolumejobs is 0. It needs to be two. Somewhere
between changing the value, updating the volumes, etc., this did not happen.

Remember the key to automatic recycling is that the volume has to be
marked "Used" or "Full" and the the retention period has expired. And
remember the retention period is counted the from LastWritten. Also

The option that makes it mark a tape as "Used" is not the retention
time, it's the Max Jobs. You might want to use "Volume Use Duration"
instead so you don't have to modify this every time you add a job.
In any case, you need to focus on that instead.
