Ok, in 3. I'm being silly. I deleted RunAfterJob from DailyBackup and
in DailyCatalog replaced the line "RunAfterJob =
/var/lib/bacula/delete_catalog_backup" with "RunAfterJob =
/etc/bacula/end_of_backup.sh"
