May I ask if Baculum15 is available in a Debian 12 Bookworm repository as a packaged deb? I don't see Baculum listed as a deb in the Bacula community binaries. The alternative presumably is to manually install the bacula-gui download at https://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/files/bacula/15.0.2
