No , The firewall windows are disabled and Linux (Bacula server) doesn't use
FIREWALL.
I have done test

telnet 192.168.10.220 9102
Trying 192.168.10.220...
Connected to 192.168.10.220 (192.168.10.220).
Escape character is '^]'.
THe server windows 192.168.10.220 ,

I do on 40 machines. Do you have a firewall on the windows client? If
so did you set it up to allow bacula-fd through the firewall
