We are using Zabbix for our monitoring, and I have a script which
updates a template whenever a new bacula job is created.
Once I'm done cleaning it up, I'll be posting it on my blog, and will
post a notice here.

Depending on your needs and general level of DIY, you could look at the
scripts that we use for a daily report: basically parsing log entries in
/var/log/bacula.log and /var/log/messages and generating an HTML-formatted
version and emailing it.
