chown -R bacula /opt/bacula
And try again.
If it doesn't start, run the SD and Dir with sudo -u bacula and -d 200 options
to see any error messages.

Hello I have a bachelor director file which seems It's not starting when I
boot the machine I have to log into it manually and issue the command
/etc/init.d/bacula-director file start
/
*etc/init.d/bacula-director restart[ ok ] Restarting bacula-director (via
systemctl): bacula-director.service.*
