for generating VSS snapshots

I doesn´t want to install the packages of my distri because I want my
personalize setup.
configure --help doesn´t found a option like only-storage etc. but I found
--disable-FEATURE
--enable-FEATURE[=ARG]
Whats the ARG list? How can I find more information about the arg-list?
