Add 'Run After Backup = $script' to the last scheduled backup of the day. In
that script there are
lines like:

Is there a way to ./configure so that only fd gets configured
and/or built? I'm working on including other clients to my
bacula server and these clients need the source rebuilt, but
since they are not the bacula server they only need fd.

I created a bunch of disk files not following the convention
I want to use. I want to delete those files. I know many of
the commands will accept the parameters on the command line
inside bconsole so that the prompts can be avoided. What is
the command to delete a volume?
*delete volume volume=$FI

Is it possible to do:
JobDefs {
Name = Normal-Backup

}
JobDefs {
Name = Normal-Unix-Backup
JobDefs = Normal-Backup

}
JobDefs {
Name = myhost-backup
JobDefs = Normal-Unix-Backup
FileSet = myhost-files

}
I get an error verifying the configuration that (to
me) implies

I have approval to move my current bacula from
one box to another, new box. The new box I need
to purchase disk for the on-disk backups before
the data reackes tape. I'm thinking about in the
range of 2TB of RAID5.
Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations
for specific devices?

I know how to exclude files that have an absolute path.
How do I exclude any *.a|*.o|*.dynlib|*.lib|*.so that is
in the home directories of my users (/home/.../*.a)?

I'm starting to think about expanding my use of bacula. Currently
I rsync other boxes to my backup box, then on the backup box I use
bacula to write to tapes. Has anyone thought about or is anyone using
bacula's volume-on-disk abilities as a VTL?
