i installed bacula server on debian squeeze 64 bit system. i used bacula
from debian repository with bacula version 5.0.2.
can i use bacula windows client version 5.2.10 on windows clients to
work with the debian bacula version 5.0.2? Or do i have to use the same
bacula windows client ver

i want to use bacula on Debian Squeeze Server with a tandberg rdx tape
to backup my data.
Can anyone post me a example configuration for a rdx tape under bacula?
Or can help me to configure bacula that i can use the rdx tape for backups?

I made the mistake to label manually each tape in the autochanger by the
command label media...
Now, I know that i better used the console command label barcodes. But now
after I labeled the tapes manually I get the error messages "3920 Cannot label
Volume because it is already labeled

could it be that your script eject the tape after run it?
If I do a mtx -f /dev/sg3 status now the following output appears:
mtx -f /dev/sg3 status

can anyone tell me how to delete the label of ait4 tape at my autochanger?
I made the mistake to label each tape in the autochanger by the command label
media...
