ull Backup Pool"
in the JobDefs Defintion overrides the forced Pool in the Schedule? Is that
correct? That would be an explanation.

What are you trying to do with that script defined in RunAfter?

Hi Chris,
This is a well known issue. Not all drives need to be offlined before an
unload.
If you look a few lines above your two ejects, you can see that there is
already a commented out command that would have solved your problem.
Look here:
# enable the following line if you need to eject the
Hello,

Hello again,
Sorry
The 'status dir' output is a good guess anyway, if I remember correctly.
Nevertheless, I would be interested in this information, too.
Right now I need this for one machine, but it is not as critical as your
situation. We insert the tape on the next day then, and the backup runs
during the day.
Hi List, Kern,
Bacula is running very well without any problems since a few months on an
old Primergy N200
combined with an autochanger of Exabyte (1 LTO1 Drive, 10 Slots).
On May 21st it happened to me that the tape that was inserted from the Pool

Hi Mathieu,
Try
*query
Then '13' (List Files for a selected JobId:)
Enter JobId 765
Are there any files listed then?

Hi Ronan,
Did you add some indices manually to your mySQL db? Looks like the first
(concurrent) jobs run fast until the first finishes and updates the DB.
If the DB structure is still unmodified since Installation, this could be
the problem - but I'm not sure.
These changes can (should) be made
Hi,
I've a perl-script which checks in the bacula-db of the database host if
jobs were completed successfully. Got it from someone which I don't
remember. (check_bacula.pl version 0.0.1)
..
Googled and found him.
Julian Hein (www.netways.de) posted it here 1 year ago.
You can find it here:

Hi
I can tell for a single, via LVD connected IBM 3580 (LTO1) that it works
with bacula.
The 3582 is the same drive with LTO2, so I assume that it will work, too.

Hi Danie,
As the error message already says, you have defined the client 'apollo-fd'
several times times. Why do you define a client 3 times?
Either thats a typo, or you misunderstood the configuration directives of
bacula.

Hi
This will speed up your dbcheck (and tree building before a restore)
drastically:
Mysql

> ALTER TABLE File ADD INDEX (JobId, PathId, FilenameId);
Wait for the index creation to finish (takes some time on a huge db).

Hi
Please report to bugs.bacula.org.
I had that behaviour some time ago, too. It was the controller card (SE) and
the drive (LVD). Writing worked, reading (restoring) did not. Lots of phase
change errors in the messages. After replacing the controller with a LVD one
(29160) it worked instantly.
Hi
I installed the precompiled 1.36.2 bacula-client to a SuSE 9.2 64 bit system
yesterday. The daemon worked out of the box, the bconsole binary was missing
/usr/lib/libtermcap.so.2.
After installing termcap-32bit-9.2-200410061204.rpm (on that 64bit system)
bconsole worked again.
Perhaps it does
