./configure
make
make install
cd /d02/bacula/sbin
vi the /etc/ld.so.conf file and added the following line /usr/lib64/mysql
ldconfig
./bacula start
I get nothing started. Bacula does not s

OK went thru the configuration using the mysql database. I verified the DB
is up and running.
I verified the db and tables are there. I see the bacula DB in mysql as well
as the tables.
What am I missing. When I try to start bacula I get nothing.

Operating system I am using is Oracle enterprise Linux 5 Update 5. Bacula
version is 5.02
Mysql is installed and running. This is the version installed with the OS; I
have logged in and created a test DB.
rpm -qa | grep mysql
libdbi-dbd-mysql-0.8.1a-1.2.2
mysql-5.0.77-4.e
