Every now and then i'm having a files mismatch problem, and it seems
that the Catalog isn't correctly updated since the tape seems to have
the correct file number. To ilustrate:
29-Mar 15:02 rap-sd: Volume "DiarioXALOC-02" previously written, moving
to end of data.

Not much, as always check and test the mtx-changer script alone before
trying with bacula. As always, most of the tweaking depends most

First, thank all for your replies, with your help i've finally solved
the problem, the server had been rebooted, and the script that had to
put seteotmodel=1 didn't work, thus my config started to fail.

Bacula 1.38.11 on FreeBSD 6, and we're using as a library an HP MSL 2024
with a HP LTO3 Drive.

After last time recomendations to change our drive config under FreeBSD,
doing the usual btape tests all seemed fine and was working, but after a

This is my first post on this list. I've been pushing bacula as the best
opensource multiplatform backup system, and have successfully deployed
it in multiple environments. It's an awesome tool, my thanks to everyone
