I really am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have setup a LIUX and Win client
in bacula and the director can see neither. Machines ping both ways, the
services are all up, no firewalling, but no matter how I set it up, I get this
in bconsole:
21-Jun 12:00 backup-dir JobId 0: Fatal error: bso
I have installed the client software on one of my LINUX systems, and can't seem
to get it to connect:
status client="client1-fd"
Connecting to Client client1-fd at client1:9102
Failed to connect to Client client1-fd.
This is what the config on client1 looks like:
Bacula-fd.conf:
#
# Default
I noticed in the bacula-dir file, it has maximum volume set to 50GB. What
exactly does this mean, I have LTO-4 that can do 800+ GB, do I need ot change
the colume size so it uses the whole tape, or does this refer to the size of a
chunk it will write to a tape?
Thanks!

Temporary solution on old HW that won't run Centos7. Believe me, if I could
put 7 on it, I would have.

Has anyone had any luck in getting an IBM LTO4 TS3200 autochanger working? I
have the lin_tape loaded from IBM and the devices shows up as /dev/IBMTape0 and
/dev/IBMChanger0
Thanks!

I just installed Bacula according to the doc, and Baculum as well. Baculs runs
from the command line OK. Trying to configure baculum API and have run into a
problem with the postgres DB. It says it cannot connect:
