Edit the catalog directive in /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf to use the

Hello,
My backup schedule is such that I do a full on the first Sunday of the
month, diffs every other sunday, and incrementals every other day. The
first time I run a client Bacula upgrades the backup to a full as it
should. This typically results in two full backups happening in the
same month.

Perhaps this would be more appropriate on a debian mailling list??

I found the old sources and RPM's here:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/bacula/
But, alas, nothing for CentOS. I downloaded bacula-1.36.3.tar.gz and built
against that.
The odd thing about the Spec file is that it wants, as one of its sources,
Release_Notes-1.36.1-1.tar.gz. I just tar/gzip
ll just grab the source, but I was hoping I wouldn't
have to go that far. Although, it sounds like it may be easier just
to compile from source since you had spec file problems.
Thanks,
Eric

Hello,
I need to install bacula-fd on my CentOS 4.3 x86_64 clients so I was
hoping I could find a src rpm for 1.36.3 so I could build it for my
platform.
Anyone?
Thanks,
Eric

I'm using 1.36.3 on a Debian server. I'm writing all my backups to disk.

I'm running out of space for my hard disk backups and I need to add

I need more space.
My question is the following:
Can I add the hard drive, move some of my client volumes from the old

That's what I was trying to do, but then apparently as part of the

catalog backup with the now purged catalog. So I'm out of luck.
At least I should be able to restore using bextract if I have to.

Hi,
I'm using 1.36.3-2 on Debian Etch and I'm using hard drive volumes rather than tapes for backups.
I have seperate Full, Differential and Incremental pools for each
client. Fulls run on the first Sunday of every month, diffs on
every sunday after, and incrementals every other day of the week.
Hi,
Before you flame me for still using tar let me explain my situation.
I use Bacula to backup all my servers to hard drive volumes. I
also use tar to tapes to do a daily backup of a few directories for
offsite storage. I use tar because I know that I can get my data
