Hi, I have installed Bacula 1.38.9 on a Centos 4.3 box and it is running. So that a non-techie can use Bacula I want to setup the bacula-gnome-console but I am having trouble finding documents on it. The Manual talks about the gui-console and the config file but it does not tell one how start

Hi, Is it possible to turn on debugging or logging for bacula. Nothing seems to appear in /var/log/messages (at least as far as I can tell.) I got btape working but ./bconsole just hangs. As a test would bacula work if I set all of the passwords to blank. I am not sure if it is authenticatin

Hi, That was it I forgot to stop bacula and I had the tape open in the config file. Now btape works. But now./bconsole hangs (ARG!!!) Thanks --- Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security? Get stuff done quick

Hi, I ran btape and tested my tape drive and everything was fine. I updated Bacula to the latest version 1.38.8 and now my tape drive always shows that it is busy. Can someone make some suggestions on what I might to to resolve this? Also is there a log file for bacula messages or does everyt
