Recently we changed our subnet and everything in bacula works great with the one exception... It is still trying to email the backup status to the old email server... I have changed all configuration files I can find and searched for others but can not find where bacula is getting this IP addr

Another option is "Logical Volume Manager" (LVM) which allows you to create and manage large multi-disk/partition volumes. http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/LVM-HOWTO/ I have three 225GB drives for a total storage of 675GB on one logical partition... which I can just add more drive space if necessary.
