That's just how `dd` works from my experience. It will stop when it reaches an
EOF marker, so Martin was right.

I've noticed something which has changed from the bacula 9->13 upgrade.
Looking at logs from December, before the upgrade, I find that *all* the
backups were using storage "FileStorage0" and media type "File0". And
yet, the load was still shared 50/50 between devices FileDev0 and FileDev1.

Upon getting a status on bacula, i noticed this system message
/opt/bacula/bin/bacula-dir: /usr/lib64/libpq.so.5: no version
information avaiable (required by /opt/bacula/lib/libbaccats-15.0.2.so)
bacula seems to be running, so should i be worried about this??
System info: bacula 15.
