Is 11.0.x at End-of-Life? I ask because we have a large 11.0 deployment.
Also, will there be an 11.0.x RPM repository for el9? At present the
newest is for el8, but not el9.

This feature, among many others, will be available in next major Bacula-Web
release (9.0.0).
It should be available within the next few weeks.
