I have two questions ( Bacula v 9.4.4 on Centos 6.4. for disk file based
backup) :
1. How to get the actual backup size ( for Incremental & Full Job) before
the backup job begins. I want to put a quota for the jobs, so knowing the size
before the job begins will help to discard the
Atill no luck getting S3 to work. The configure files flag no errors
when tested.
I have wireshark on the connection, Bacula is not even trying to get to
the network. A ping to the S3 provider shows it can connect if it
wants. I can even fuse S3 mount the S3 bucket and move files back and
forth

Thank you for all info. I needed to install cloud plugin (yum install
bacula-cloud-storage) in order to use this configuration. Relevant
part of bacula-sd.conf is pasted bellow. Files did get uploaded to
Oracle object storage.
