I solved the "no previous jobs found" problem by making only one job
definition (instead of separate incremental and virtualfull definitions),
and changing the job level to VirtualFull in the schedule for the times
when I want to consol

I think I have solved the issue, or at least for Bacula seeing
it as an autochanger. The fix seems to have been adding the following
to the bacula-sd.conf file in the Device directive:
AutoChanger = yes;

of the tapes two days ago, but now I get this (I have verified that tape 1 is in
the drive, which I labeled Vol00-01):
