90 what?
Maybe make that "90 days" to be certain. I'm not entirely sure myself and it's
hard to find in the manual, but I think the default unit is seconds.

using the otion "honor nodump flag = yes" we have a lot of messages
like "...NODUMP flag set - will not process " , because
we use this flag extensively .
I think this messages is of type "info" and it is not a good idea to
exclude all info messages in the Messages Resource.

With that result, I would not increase the innodb buffer setting.
Your system is already swapping (660 MB of 2 GB swap space in use).
There's nothing that impairs overall system performance as much as that.
